Day 2 at Gymboree Class!!!
Today was Rachel's second day at her Gymboree Play & Learn Class! She was a little less shy today and did more exploring. She wandered/crawled away from activities a few times, but overall we were impressed with how well she stayed on task. She's not even 15 months old yet and it was so cute to see her listening and following directions. I say "we" because Frank and I were both there today:). He just had to see his darling girl in this new, colorful, so many fun things to do setting. We could not stop smiling at just how sweet she was with the other little boy in her class (A.J.) and all the grown-ups. She is adorably shy, but not so much so that she won't try new things. She just needs to see where Mommy and Daddy are and sometimes takes a little extra time, but then she is good to go. We got to see the Music Room and will be previewing that class on June 24th. Chances are we will add it as it sounds really good. I like the idea of her doing some "Circle Time" with other children at such a young age. The exposure to the instruments will be wonderful too! She has several music tables here at home, a guitar, drum, and Baby Band set and just loves playing with them all! I just sent for Maracas and a xylophone. Some pictures from today...or should I say lots of pictures from today:)...hard to choose...
Some good climbing...
Some fun toys at the top!
First time going through a tunnel!
Shall we do it again?!
Oh, yeah! In one end...
...and out the other!
" That was FUN! What shall I do next?!"
Climbing with Daddy's help!
Almost there!
"The teacher said to push this big thing!"
"Then we had to push it back!"
Bubbles, Bubbles Everywhere...
